The Marshall Islands have passed the Decentralized Autonomous Organization Act of 2022.
Following extensive research into the best legal structure and country for the Governance of the Protocol it is proposed to incroporate as a DAO in the Marshall Islands. Dubai, Panama, Cayman Islands and Switzerland to name a few were look thoroughly compared and analysed.
